The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, offering recommendations for exploring the city. the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station and offers stunning views from the rooftop terrace.
The breakfast options were not clearly communicated, and some guests were unaware of the rooftop terrace where breakfast could be enjoyed with breathtaking views.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was superb, as it was right in the center of the historical area. We could easily walk to the Blue Mosque, trams to major sights, and the center of the historical place. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a little balcony in our room and a roof terrace. The cleanliness was great, and the breakfast served on a nice little terrace was complete and delicious. The staff were cute, friendly, and always willing to help. They spoke English and gave us directions to every important spot, making it easy for us to plan our days.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, being just minutes away from all the major attractions in the city. It's situated in a beautiful area and is right in the center of everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the most interesting places. The staff here are amazing - always friendly and helpful, and they speak English and Russian fluently. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and fresh stay.
